Welcome to our technical support section.


The FAQ section is the best place to look for answers to questions about our products, services, licensing and website. Here you can find only more general questions answered. Each product contains its own FAQ section where specific product-related topics are addressed. Those specific sections are reached through the product page.


The forum is always a good place to start looking if you have any problems with our products or services. It is not an official way to get support, but you will surely get an answer as soon as we have the time to write it. We consider it a good practice to post an answer as soon as possible even if immediate solution is not available, just to let you know that you are not left alone.

Support ticket

If you experience any problem while using our products, services or website, this is the official way get help. Before you send us a support ticket, you may also try if our FAQ section has the answers you are looking for.

Feel free to share your problems with us, even if you are not our client or your support service has expired. We do our best to help everyone. Note, however, that requests from our clients who have an active support service get handled first. We follow a strict support priority policy.

Product updates

In our “Downloads” section you will find every file that is available for download in our web site. Files are divided in sections for easier navigation.
