Our support service for Joomla-related products ensures that your support tickets will get the highest possible priority.
Note that the official support mechanism is through the "Support ticket" menu and not the forum. However, it is always a good idea to search the forum prior to requesting official support - it could save us both time. Aside from that, if you think your issue is general enough, do not hesitate to post it on the forum. Please do not post the same issue in both places since it will be harder for us and will probably cost us both extra time.
