Windows Vista and Windows 7 users: due to a change in the security system in latest Windows version you will have to unblock .chm files in order to use them. You can do that by clicking “Unblock” in the .chm file’s properties dialog. To get to this dialog right-click the file and select “Properties”. More information about this issue is available from Microsoft.
