These are the messages I am getting. When I type in the 'purchase key' and hit submit, everything on the page goes away.

The warning shows that a required file cannot be found. Maybe some special permissions are in effect on your website that caused some files to not be copied during installation.

Can you tell me whether the file "/var/www/vhosts/phillipswebster.com/httpdocs/administrator/components/com_es_joomla_common/helper.php" exist?

Also, did you try the evaluation of the product? If yes, did it work?

No, I do not have that file in the admin folder.

I did not install the trial version on this site...I just purchased it because it looked like what I needed.

Ok, I guess there is a problem with some permissions or something like that. It is hard to be precise since there are no errors during install.

Solution: the missing folder must be manually put where it needs to be. You can do it yourself - it is pretty simple. Of course, I can do that for you. For that I will need temporary FTP access to your site.

Instructions:
1. From the installation archive (es_adv_bcs_mgr_XXX.zip) extract the "com_es_joomla_common" folder. It is located in the "admin/install" folder in the archive.

2. Copy the whole folder to "/var/www/vhosts/phillipswebster.com/httpdocs/administrator/components" using an FTP client.

That should do it. Refresh the admin page of the component and see if it works.
